Yesterday i met Gail Lilys mum for the first time when she presented my son with a beautiful new bike. Gail is so lovely and after everything she and her family have gone through they keep wonderful memories of Lily and help others in such a selfless way. I feel honoured to have met Gail and very humbled and grateful that they gave my son the most amazing wheelchair/bike. He is so happy and hasnt stopped smiling since! he went to bed with big grin on his face last night and kept telling me tomorrow im going on a bike ride he was so excited. As soon as the rain stopped today he was whizzing around goole on his new bike and his sister and i had to run to keep up! Thank you sounds not enough but really a truly big thank you to everyone involved in helping Isaacs dream of having his own bike come true. Gail it was lovely to meet you, you are a truly remakable mum x x p.s Gail Isaac has been taking lots of photos!!!

I was very touched yesterday upon meeting Lily's mummy - what a courageous generous family they must be to channel their deep loss into helping other children. Lilys Fund purchased a wheelchair and tracker bike for a little boy - I am sure this will be life changing for him and his family too albeit it in a different way.
I cannot think of a word worthy enough to use to describe Lilys family - instead perhaps look at the picture of Lily.......

hi i was brought to your site through some ladies running race for life in hull on sunday, i saw your site on their t-shirts and your beautiful daughters picture, i am sorry for your loss of a couragous little girl and i am sure she is watching over you all for the great goodness you and your charity is achieving i have read on here of the great things you have done in memory of lily and i have shed many a tear reading this, stay strong with the love of your family and friends around you and i wish you all the luck in the world with your ongoing fundraising xxx
